These Terms of Service govern your use of YourBetterSite, operated by YourBetterSite ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using YourBetterSite, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
YourBetterSite is a software-as-a-service platform that provides businesses with a public-facing website, a lead capture and management system (CRM), AI-assisted lead processing, and related tools. The platform is multi-tenant and designed primarily for service-based businesses.
A one-time setup fee of $497 is charged at account activation. This fee covers the full onboarding process and your first month of service. The $497 setup fee is non-refundable once your site has been built and published.
A recurring monthly subscription fee of $149 begins automatically 30 days after your setup payment and is charged to your payment method on file each month thereafter.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice sent to the email address on your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@yourbettersite.com of any unauthorized use.
You may not share your account with others or use the platform to serve multiple businesses under a single account without explicit written permission.
You agree not to use YourBetterSite to:
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform, including lead information and business content. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process and store that data solely to provide the service.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. Lead data is stored securely and accessible only to you and authorized staff members you designate.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable privacy laws, including any obligations related to collecting personal information from families or clients.
YourBetterSite uses AI to generate lead summaries, urgency assessments, and suggested replies. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it or sending it to any third party. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, and events outside our control may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
You may cancel your account at any time from the billing portal in Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain delinquent on payment for more than 14 days.
Upon termination, your public site will be taken offline and access to your dashboard will be revoked. You may request an export of your lead data within 30 days of cancellation by contacting us at support@yourbettersite.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourBetterSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not applicable, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
